When Noverra began discussions with Kris and Stacy Senga in the summer of 2025, Everflow Eaves and Exteriors stood out as a market-leading business built over more than two decades. Based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Everflow had earned a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and long-standing relationships with builders across Southern Saskatchewan. Kris and Stacy had been running the business for 23 years and were ready to transition into their next phase of life, spending time with family, travel and investing in other ventures.

Founded in 2002, Everflow grew into a leading exterior solutions contractor serving the new residential construction market. Its services include siding and trim, roofing, eavestrough, and decks and railings. With a strong customer base, experienced team, and leading market position, Everflow represented the kind of high-quality business Noverra seeks to partner with.

A key part of the opportunity was Sheldon Dean, Everflow’s General Manager and minority shareholder. After spending most of his career with the company, Sheldon had become the leader of the day-to-day business across sales, estimating, operations, scheduling, and team management. His desire to remain with the company and continue leading it created a strong foundation for continuity.

For Kris and Stacy, a transaction was about more than financial outcomes.
