Our Co-Founders have been involved as Principals and Board Members in companies spanning the business services, insurance, real estate, and technology industry, with operations across Canada, the United States and Asia. In addition, we have advised on over $2 Billion in corporate transactions for some of Canada’s largest companies and government organizations.
The current and long-term strategic focus of the Noverra Group of Companies is the acquisition and development of our family of Industrial and Construction Services businesses in a geography that is 6 hours door-to-door from Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our existing portfolio comprises group companies with approximately 600 full-time employees spread across British Columbia, California, Nevada, and Colorado. With robust financial capabilities and a strategic focus on long-term objectives, we are poised to further expand our footprint by acquiring new companies that align with our growth trajectory.
