Shannon Ladewig
Shannon is responsible for supporting existing group operating company presidents in Western Canada and the Western US with strategy and delivering exceptional, sustainable results. Shannon also works closely with the Noverra team on mergers and acquisitions of new group companies and their subsequent integration into the group.
Shannon has deep experience and capability within the construction and industrial sector. Prior to joining Noverra, Shannon spent two decades in roles of increasing responsibility within the Holcim & Lafarge group, in both Australia and Canada. Most recently, Shannon was the General Manager for the Greater Vancouver Region for the Lafarge Concrete division. Shannon has held full profit and loss responsibility for business units of up to $300m in revenue, with over 300 employees spread across 15 sites including responsibility for strategy, safety, operations, sales and marketing, environmental impact, distribution, and labor relations.
Shannon brings an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Master’s in Engineering Management from the Queensland University of Technology.
Shannon is an avid tennis player and lives in North Vancouver with his family.
